Camp Details: The second Annual UGKA Camp will be held Sunday, July 24th, 2022 - Thursday, July 28th, 2022, 5 days and 4 nights. Limit of 75 goalkeepers.

Sessions will be split into 3 training groups based on age then ability.
Junior - Middle School GKs

Training/Daily Camp Breakdown: Sessions will consist of various topics - shot stopping, diving, parrying, catching, angle play, dealing with crosses (catch, box, punch), 1v1s + decision making, 50/50 save techniques and approaches, reaction saves, communication, setting up walls/corner kicks, penalty kicks, and proper in game positioning (goal arc and ball line) and so much more!
14 - 90 minute GK training sessions
2 on Sunday
3 per day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Daily Speed + Strength Conditioning: The UGKA will provide staff who are A.C.S.M. Certified, Exercise Physiologist and have their Masters of Science in Sports Science, Bachelor's of Science in Sport and Physical Education.
LIVE Evening Team Video Sessions: Conversations with world renown, former professional goalkeepers + goalkeeper coaches.

A - L: Sunday, July 24th 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
M - Z: Sunday, July 24th, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Check Out: Thursday, July 28th from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Room + Roommate Information: All goalkeepers will stay in the same dorm. Boys will be on one floor, girls will be on another. Goalkeepers can determine their roommates in groups of 2 or 4. You will be asked to provide your roommates names on the application. If you plan on attending individually, you will automatically be assigned roommates.
What to Bring: soccer ball, shin guards, cleats, indoor flats, shoes, appropriate training gear, 4 - 6 pairs of socks/shorts/t-shirts, long sleeve training shirts, training pants, undergarments, night time summer wear, bathing suit, toiletries, bedding/sheets, pillow, towels, alarm, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, masks suitable for training.
What NOT to Bring: television, video games, make up
Meals: Kiski Prep will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian meal offerings will be available.
