It’s about the journey vs the destination. Athletes of all ages nurture more fully when they see this in their coaches. I am a Coach because of my passion for my work. I think creating an environment that is relaxed and conducive to learning is important to develop physical, social and psychological aspects of their life. In addition, the athlete needs to be aware of the standards and behaviors that all of the Coaches and athletes are prepared to accept to help create the optimal learning environment.
