The purpose of this book is to provide insight into the various components and challenges of being a student-athlete that wants to be recruited and has the dream of playing in college.

I want to dedicate this book to the countless student-athletes, parents, coaches, etc. who are passionate about their sport and support those pursuing the goal of playing at the next level, often at a sacrifice to their own family, health and precious free time.

I am a better coach and person due to the thousands of interactions I have had with players, other coaches, administrators, friends and colleagues, as they have taught me and reinforced that providing factual, genuine, personalized and helpful information in the recruiting process is vital to having a good experience in it and to eventually choose the correct educational and athletic institution/experience.
